APRIL 20, 2011 THE INITIAL DEPLOYMENT OF THE WENS NOTIFICATION SYSTEM IN ACTUAL STORM CONDITIONS RESULTED IN MULTIPLE CALLS THAT THE COUNTY HAD NOT INTENDED.   PROGRAMMING ERROR BY THE PROVIDER COMPANY CAUSED THOSE MESSAGES TO BE SENT OUT INADVERTANTLY.  THAT ERROR HAS BEEN CORRECTED AND SHOULD NOT REOCCUR.
